Level 3 Award in Mental Health at Work

Introduction

This course follows the Level 2 Award in Mental Health at Work and trains participants to deliver the Level 1 and Level 2 awards to their colleagues in the workplace. On completion, participants will receive the QNUK Level 3 Award in Mental Health At Work.

 

Target audience

This qualification is aimed at those in a work environment who may be required to recognise, support and signpost those with mental health concerns.
The program is aimed at people 18 years and over.  

Delivery model

This qualification is typically delivered on a face-to-face basis.
Learners must have completed the full qualification within six weeks of session one.
Where sessions are delivered over a number of weeks, duration of each session will be at least two hours.

Blended learning
Blended learning is not permitted for this qualification.

Where courses are combined, a suitable scheme of work will be developed to ensure  learning outcomes and assessment criteria are covered and that suitable time is available for teaching, consolidation, formative assessment, and summative assessment.

Duration: 2 Days

Participation: Maximum of 12 to 1 Instructor

Certification: Learners who complete the course will receive a Safety Mental Health First Aid Certificate from Corrib Training.

To be successful delegates must pass.
Short Multiple-Choice Paper (70%) Short Multiple-Choice Paper 28 from 40 Questions, Time duration 60 minutes. Some aspect of the course will also have to be presented.
